Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your appointment, it is the patient's responsibility to call the office within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
It is our policy that if you are unable to adhere to the 24 hour cancellation policy, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of the service fee. Missed appointments or "no shows" are subject to a charge of $100 or the service would be forfeited if it was prepaid or a part of membership/packages.
We do our best to keep our schedule on time. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please call to see if we can accommodate you.
